The Goal

Astro Bank aimed to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and customer service of its teller operations by implementing a comprehensive teller system that would streamline daily banking activities, minimize operational errors, and improve overall customer satisfaction. 
 

The Process: 

Assessment and Business Analysis

Parallax Works has worked closely with the Bank to tailor Clienti, our CRM system, to the institution's unique needs and provide them with the optimal solution. Upon the completion of the project, the Clienti revealed its transformative powers, bringing immense advantages to Alpha Bank:

Business Analysis: Parallax Works conducted an in-depth business analysis of Astro Bank's existing teller operations, identifying key areas of improvement, such as transaction errors, lengthy wait times, and inefficient end-of-day reconciliations.

UI and Teller Journeys: Based on the assessment, the Stellar Teller System was customized to meet Astro Bank's specific needs. This included tailoring the user interface for ease of navigation, covering all the needs of the different teller transactions, and integrating it with numerous other applications.

Increased Efficiency: By providing a centralized database of customer data, the Clienti platform made it easier for employees to access essential information, make informed decisions, and take appropriate actions in a timely manner.

The development was divided into three phases. The development started after the business and functional analysis, wireframes, and UI were completed.

Systems Architecture

Kubernetes was employed for container orchestration, managing the deployment, scaling, and operation of application containers across cluster hosts.
